The author, Dan Korem, does an excellent job of sharing the ins and outs of meeting his one goal and stating the philosophy of the book: "I know who you are. Good for me. Better for you. It's the art of treating people right the first time." The book is encyclopedic in its coverage of the material. I know the author and I can share with you that he is sincere about helping you "treat and lead [people] right the first time."
